Formula

Round robin bets are calculated by generating all possible combinations of your selections at each fold size.

Number of combinations = C(n, k) where n = number of selections, k = fold size

For example, 4 selections with 2-way and 3-way parlays:

  • C(4,2) = 6 doubles
  • C(4,3) = 4 trebles
  • Total: 10 bets

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is a round robin bet?

A round robin spins up every possible parlay combination from your picks at the fold sizes you choose. Take 4 selections, for instance — it builds all 6 of the possible 2-way parlays plus all 4 of the possible 3-way parlays.

How does a round robin compare to a standard parlay?

A standard parlay is a single ticket stacking all your selections together. A round robin breaks those selections across several smaller parlays, so a few can still land even when others miss.

Which fold sizes are the smart pick?

2-way parlays maximize your hit rate but pay out less. 3-way parlays sit in the sweet spot. Go bigger on the fold size and you get fewer, riskier tickets with bigger upside.
